Master Filler Aqua is a water-based, thick and easy-to-sand gap filler for joins, holes and cracks in wooden parquet floors in e.g. brick or herringbone patterns. The filler produces a uniform finish, is extremely easy to work with and will not crack as it is elastic and allows the wood to work.

Instructions
Products in use
It is important that both wood and filler have a temperature of min. 15 °C (preferably around 20 °C) and air humidity of approx. 50%. Make sure that the room is well-ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. The surface must be completely clean, dry and free of dirt, wax, grease, polish, etc. Grime and irregularities should be removed using a sanding machine. If necessary, clean the surface using WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner, diluted 1:20, before sanding.

Always remember to test on a less visible spot to check the compatibility of the surface with the product.

  1. Shake the container well before use.
  2. Mix the Master Filler Aqua and the sanding residue into a nice and soft paste. The structure of the filler can be adjusted using the fine or coarse sanding residue.
  3. Distribute the filler evenly, using a stainless steel applicator. Repeat if necessary.
  4. Sand the surface with grit 100-120 sandpaper once the surface is dry.
  5. The surface can then be lacquered using one of WOCA’s lacquers, following the product instructions.
Be aware of compatibility issues for woods with high tannic acid levels, or for merbau and exotic wood species. Master Filler Aqua must not be diluted.
