It is important that both wood and oil have a temperature of min. 15°C (preferably around 20°C) and air humidity of approx. 50%. Make sure that the room is well-ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. The surface must be completely clean, dry and free of dirt, wax, grease, polish, etc. Remove grime and irregularities using a sanding machine. Use grit 60-80 sandpaper for the final sanding before application of Master Filler Classic. If necessary, clean the surface using WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner, diluted 1:20, before sanding.

Always remember to test on a less visible spot to check the compatibility of the surface with the product.

  1. Shake the container well before use.
  2. Mix the Master Filler Classic and the sanding residue into a nice and soft paste. The structure of the filler can be adjusted using the fine or coarse sanding residue. We recommend the use of sanding residue .
  3. Distribute the filler evenly, using a stainless steel applicator. Repeat if necessary.
  4. Sand the surface with 100-120 sandpaper once the surface is dry.
  5. The surface can then be lacquered using one of WOCA’s lacquers, following the product instructions.
